Bajirao Mastani Movie Review Rating Public Twitter Response: Shortly after the 2013 film Ramleela, director Sanjay Leela Bhansali announced that he is going to make a movie on the great warrior of Maharashtra, Bajirao and his love Mastani. Soon enough, he picked Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone yet again to do this project as the leads. Ranveer and Deepika sizzled in Ram Leela which went on to be a very big hit in 2013. We all know how Sanjay deals with his projects and how he makes each and every film an extravagant visual treat.

Until the trailer of Bajirao Mastani released, we hardly had any expectations with the film. But the trailer proved that Bajirao Mastani has all the qualities to be the Baahubali of Bollywood for the visual trailer it has shown. Ranveer will be seen playing the role of the great warrior Bajirao. Priyanka Chopra will be seen playing his first wife Kashi Bai while Deepika Padukone will be seen playing the role of his second wife Mastani.

The movie’s trailer and the songs Pinga, Deewani Mastani are pictuarized beautifully. Sanjay Leela Bhansali composed the music of the movie himself. Bajirao Mastani is being released along with another big budget film Dilwale so we have to see which movie comes out as a winner.

Going back to the history, Bajirao Bhallal also known as Bajirao I was a Maratha Peshwa(Prime Minister) to the emperor Chatrapathi Shahu of the Maratha Empire back in the 1700’s. He is known as one of the greatest warriors in Indian History. Kashi Bai was his first wife with whom he is survived with two sons. He later got married to Mastani whom he appointed as the mistress. She was the daughter of Maharaja Chharasal. Mastani was said to be a great looking princess who has been trained in horse riding, sword fighting and war affairs.

Since Mastani is a muslim, Bajirao’s mother refused to accept Mastani and his son. Bajirao later built a palace for Mastani in Pune which is now called as the Mastani Mahal.

Coming to the movie, Sanjay made a few changes to the script in order to add the entertainment factor to the movie.

Bajirao Mastani can make upto 20Cr on the first day of its release. The movie may have to face competition from Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol’s Dilwale which is also releasing on December 18th, 2015.
